Here is a fantastic video specimen from Toronto of what we are building towards in Victoria. This is 100% improvised Argentine Tango. It is not choreographed, and it is danced to "alternative" music. The dancers begin in open embrace, and then transition (at 0:45) to an intermediate embrace known as "open V." These dancers are extremely high level, and draw upon the entire repertoire that Argentine Tango has to offer, from traditional to Nuevo. Sometimes big cities have their advantages. Magnificent! :)
